The dates and situations had me nearly rolling on the floor, as I tried to picture these odd experiences and characters. I was really amazed by her string of bad luck. This is a romance novel, but for all the dating, crushes, unrequited love on all sides, there was hardly anything. My daughter told me, "Tell me when you get to the part where she dates Roarke." Well, I knew I had found the part because I was laughing my head off! It was so fun to talk to my daughter when she got home from school about the book and we both laughed together. There's also a teensy mystery going on that I didn't even realize was happening until it's practically over. You'll have to read the book to find out why.
